Our vision is to be known globally as a group of Professionals with a passion for providing top notch service. We work to overcome obstacles in order to maintain and protect property function and value, as well as the health, safety and well-being of our customers’ employees, tenants, as well as our own Professionals. Often there’s a stigma associated with positions such as janitors, cleaners and maintenance. Our job in leadership is to educate, nurture and further develop a level of pride in each associate’s position. When incidents occurs, such as accidents, fires or floods, our janitors are often the first to show up – much like a first responder. They resolve issues where most office personnel won’t go.
